Hi, . I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you to find a satisfactory solution.

You can change it in the bios with the step by step below:

To change the behavior of the function keys and avoid having to press the FN key every time you want to adjust the brightness, follow these steps:

Access the BIOS settings: Restart your computer and, while booting, press the appropriate key (usually F2, F10, Del or Esc) to access the BIOS. The prompt indicating which key you pressed should be displayed briefly on the screen during startup.

Navigate to the Function Keys Setup section: Within the BIOS, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate through the menus and find the section that controls the behavior of the function keys.

Change softkey mode: Look for an option related to softkey mode, such as "Special Function Mode" or "Softkey Mode". Select an option that allows direct use of the function keys without the need to press the FN key.

Save changes and restart: After making the change, save the BIOS settings and restart your computer.
