When completing each step, check the result of the procedure/command. Not being solved, perform the next step.
Reset IP and clear DNS cache
- Click "Search" in Windows bar and type "cmd".
- Right click and select "Run as administrator" and "Yes".
- Type the following commands:
Type netsh winsock reset and select Enter.
Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and select Enter.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and select Enter.
Try Network Reset
- Click "Start" in Windows bar and type "Settings".
- In sequence Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset.
- On the network reset screen, click Reset Now and Yes.
Network troubleshooter
- Click "Start" in Windows bar and type "Settings".
- Select System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Under "Other", select "Network Adapter" and "Run".
- Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.
Restart your computer.
NOTE: the ping is linked to your internet connection and the response time of the server where you are accessing the game. If the game servers are physically installed in places farther from where you are, the tendency is for the ping to be high.
