Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Regarding to your information I assume that you can't use Google Chrome now.
It seems because of the setting of your Family safety setting.
If you have a family manager account or family organizer account you can follow these steps
Use these accounts login the Family Safety.
Find your account in the Family Safety.
Click Go to overview
Click Screen time
Click Apps and games
Find the **Chrome->**Click Unblock app.
If your account doesn't enter any Family group it seems that a permission problem with your account.
You can create a new adult account and then invite your old account into a new family group and then follow the steps provided above
to cancel the block of Chrome.
