It is a key called Print Screen.

Sometimes you will see it as PrtSc.

Hi, kenneth. I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you to find a satisfactory solution.

The print screen key opens the capture application, but there are two more shortcuts below that can help you

    windows + print screen

To take a quick screenshot of your active window (the one you're using), go straight to Windows + PrtScn keyboard shortcut. This will take a screenshot of your active window and copy the image, which will be saved in your PC's Pictures folder.

    Windows + Shift + S

You can also use Windows + Shift + S shortcut to capture a screenshot. Your screen will darken and you will see the small Snipping Tool menu at the top which will allow you to choose the type of print you want to make.
