I installed radeon adrenaline software for amd radeon hd 8670m but it stuck on 98 percent so I force shutdown the lap and switche on again but the lap get stuck in loading screen so I entered in safe mode and deleted the amd driver from device adapter I choose the option that says unistall associated software after thet the lap turned on I installed the amd driver update from the windows update option usually after installing drivers windows will notify or indicate to restart and update but this time it didn't happen so I clicked on restart option in start menu (not restart and update) now my pc has not have the amd driver in device manager and there is no option to update in windows update Note that I unistalled the video controller from other device in device manager that I saw in youtube. Is this the problem of windows or amd

I tried

To reinstall windows

To download driver from amd website but it saying that the graphics driver is added to legacy there is no driver file there is only the adrenaline software that made all this problem

    Hi Nadheem_M

Go to the support page for your PC on the HP website and from there, download and install the version of AMD graphics graphics drivers they recommend.

    Hi Nadheem_M,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Have you tried installing an older version of that AMD driver, perhaps from 2020 from the AMD website?

    https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers...

If none of those drives can be installed, because the AMD Radeon HD 8670m is from 2013 and now listed as legacy hardware, you may need to re-install the original operating system that came with your PC and install the AMD drivers into that and then re-upgrade to Windows 10.
