My Asus BT-500 Bluetooth adapter hasn’t been working properly

So, **My Pc doesn’t support Bluetooth** and my Asus BT-500 drivers won’t install So when I try to install the drivers it says “confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on your system. Plug in your device and click ok. then, it says ASUS USB-BT500 is not installed in your system.” Also when I go to device manager Bluetooth isn’t there, and I don’t think my pc is even recognizing the adapter. And I don’t think there’s anything that I haven’t tried. I don’t even get the OPTION to turn on and off Bluetooth. So if y’all have any tips or ideas, pls help.

    Whenever I try to install the drivers it says “Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on your system. Plug in your device and click OK and,*It is in my pc* so then I click OK then it say ASUS USB-BT-500 Bluetooth is not installed in your system.

    I have the same bt adapter but it won't connect. I have the drivers installed but still no connection. I do have in internal one disabled as well. How do i get it to work?

    If you have built-in Bluetooth, have you disabled that? The last time I used mine, it worked fine but I haven't used it for a while.
