Hello , sorry about your problems. My name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

WPA2-PSK (AES) is the most secure and widely used option for home networks. It uses the Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2) protocol with Pre-Shared Key (PSK) authentication and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption.

With this option, you will need to set a strong password or passphrase that devices connecting to your network will need to enter.

Here are mine but I have a Linksys Router. See image below. The top is for 2.4 GHz, middle is for 5 GHz and Bottom is for 6 GHz.

Image How old are your computers? Some older computers may not work with WPA3, 6 GHz.

    • Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your router’s network.
    • Enter www.routerlogin.net. A login window displays.
    • Enter the router user name and password. The user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified the first time that you logged in. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
    • The BASIC Home page or Dashboard displays.
    • Select Wireless. Some models might use slightly different navigation, like Settings > Wireless Setup.
    • The Wireless Settings page displays.
    • In the Security Options section, select a wireless security protocol. You can choose from OpenWEPWPA-PSKWPA2-PSK, or WPA3-Personal. If you select Open, your network will have no security and anyone can connect to it. If you select any other option, you will need to enter a password for your network.
    • In the Password (Network Key) fields, enter a new password. If you don’t have Smart Connect enabled for your router, you might need to enter a password for each WiFi band.
    • Click or tap Apply. Your settings are saved.

In addition to the excellent advice you have already been given, I would like to point out that the very newest routers offer WPA3 security, which is becoming the successor to WPA2.

However, if your router only offers WPA2, you should not worry. That still provides strong protection.

Also remember to password protect the router's administration utility.
