    Hi boy_902,

Roblox might work better if you have access to Windows 10 or above, but if you don’t I would recommend trying to uninstall then reinstall your client. You can do this by going into control panel > programs and features and then scroll down until you find Roblox player, click uninstall and wait for it to work, then re-download the Roblox player from their official website.

Is it possible you could give me more information? Is your Roblox client starting up or does it crash when you run a game etc. ?

    Hi Christian Brooker

I would like to have some advice from you, I am currently having the same problem that my roblox client stopped working as soon as I join an experience. I tried joining different experiences but the same problem keeps on arising, I am playing on Windows 7 and all my drivers are up to date and roblox does this problem every no and then but this is the longest that I have had this problem. I also tried reinstalling the client and restarting my PC and none of the tips on google helped the problem.

Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

    -Nick
