Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

This means that your current PC hardware doesn’t support opengl 2.0

In order to resolve this you would need to upgrade your graphics card to one which does support this standard.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

Which graphics card are you using in windows.

Which version of windows you installed on pc.

OpenGL is graphics api which will be integrated into respective graphics card device manufacturers through graphics driver..

    Hi,

According to https://bfy.tw/U6p8 you should see as the 1st-hit the answer to your question. Here is the link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/opengl-drivers/9b52324e-1083-44e1-83f7-ff2e35bf07a2

Additionally, version 2.0 is very old. It was released in 2004. You may want to look at the installation prerequisites & instructions for the game you purchased.

    Good Luck!
