I understand that you're having trouble with your right alt key and I'm here to help.
One solution you can try is to go to the Start menu and search for "Edit language and keyboard options". From there, go to "Region & Language" and click on "Language". Then, click on "Options" and a new screen will appear.
Next, click on "Add a keyboard" and select "US (QWERTY)" or any other keyboard layout that you prefer. Once you've made your selection, you can delete your old keyboard.
