The best first option is to go to the support page for your laptop on the MicroMax website, then from there, download and install the audio and touchscreen drivers they provide for your laptop.

I have a micromax canvas laptab lt 777w running on windows 10 version and its a 32 bit operating system, x64-based processor. recently i have updated to the creators update but to my dismay after the update my touch screen has stopped working along with my audio. i checked the device manager and i found no drivers for audio and HID complaint touch screen driver. Also checked in device manager the sound options are not ther. pls. look into this matter asap.
