Recommended usage
The tool can be used in Normal mode but for absolute stability when using DDU, Safemode is always the best.
Make a backup or a system restore (but it should normally be pretty safe).
It is best to exclude the DDU folder completely from any security software to avoid issues.

If you are sure that the driver is up to date and display settings are correct, then it is probably the DisplayPort converter
when the converter or cable is faulty, it is possible for a second monitor connected via an HDMI to DisplayPort converter to appear during the BIOS screen but not work.
also, you can check the Monitor compatibility,
Check the monitor's specifications and ensure it supports the DisplayPort standard being used.
