Hi, Hasarinda. I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

The differences between the versions are:

    -OEM license:

Is a Windows license that only can be used with a new computer, this license is embedded on the first machine it was installed to. And this type of license is not transferable.

    -Retail license:

Is a Windows license that you can purchase separately, if you need to replace your computer this license could be transferable to the new computer.

    -Volume Key:

Is a license focused on large businesses, licensing software in volume makes it easier and more affordable to run software on multiple computers within a single licensing organization.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.
