how to install microsoft fax and use it

1. Open Settings → Apps → Optional features → “Add a feature”.
2. Select Windows Fax and Scan from the list, and click Install.

i dont have the option windows fax and scan. how should i get it?

you are right - it is. but can not be used... when i go to the document and ask to pring and choose fax it says that i need to set up the computer to send and receive fax. how should i do this?
