My MSI Laptop GL62M Model.... I Buy This Laptop 2 Months Ago... Problem is 30 Minutes Shutdown Fix Time... I many Times Solved This Problem...3 Times Window Change...But Not Problem Solve... 4 Times Goes on Servie Centre But Technician says Change The Motherboard Which will be Very Costly...i am Very frustrated ... please solve this problem...any one guys...

    i update my bios 3 times by flash drive but not solve the problem.... pls any other suggestion

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Ts is not caused by Windows since you have already re-installed Windows, go to the support page for your laptop on the MSI website, and check if there is any BIOS update available there that is not already installed on your PC.
