I am trying to use wired headphones on my PC for the first time but every time I plug it into my PC in the headphone jack, it doesn't even say it's plugged in and I make sure it's plugged in all the way. I've used two wired headphones and neither of them work but they work fine on my other devices. I've looked several times but It keeps telling me there's nothing plugged in, I'm on windows 11. Bluetooth seems to work just fine but my old Bluetooth headphones broke.

hello,

Didn't help- let us try something else.
Open the Device Manager by typing “device manager” in the search box on the taskbar and selecting it from the results.
Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.
Select and hold (or right-click) the listing for your sound card or audio device, then select Properties.
Select the Driver tab, then select Roll Back Driver.
Does it help you?
Hi Daniel,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
You might need to tweak some Audio jack settings. Can you share a screenshot of Audio control panel, for example, Realtek, for better help?
I look forward to the answer.
