Unfortunately this printer doesn't have driver for Windows 10. Ricoh only supports this printer up to Windows 8 as you can see from their official website: http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/apc/mo...
In general, printer manufacturers are responsible for developing and providing printer drivers for their devices. These drivers are designed to ensure compatibility.
You can try the generic printing driver provided by Microsoft, but there's no guarantee that it will work, but it is worth a try in my opinion.
If your printer shows up in Device manager, whether with error, or shown as unknown device, right click on it, then update driver, chosoe the option that you will browse the driver > you will pick from the list. Uncheck the box "show compatitable hardware". And if the generic printer driver shows up, go ahead and pick that one to install. See if it helps. If it doesn't, I am afraid that's dead end unfortunately.
