Unfortunately, there's nothing that we here can do to help you reset your old Toshiba laptop to its factory defaults, as this is a Toshiba procedure. Here are Toshiba's instructions:

Press zero at Boot/Power on is the Toshiba way to set back to Factory settings (new condition)
But if you do tat, Microsoft shut down the Windows ?update Servers for XP and you can't even update XP to 2014, when Support stopped.
What is the reason for wanting to do this???
