My Acer Windows 11 won’t turn on

My acer window 11 laptop refuses to turn on after getting the new update. My keyboard won’t light up but it seems to be able to charge since the charging light comes on when it is plugged in. I’ve tried holding the power button for 30 seconds, I’ve tried fully charging it, and I left it over night to see if it would just take a few hours but nothing has happened. I thought it might be a problem with the power adapter as I have snapped the charger inside the laptop about two years ago, but I got that fixed a couple months ago when my laptop refused to turn on at the time. I’m not sure if this is a similar problem or it has to do with the update. To be more specific, it was updating and restarted. It seemed to have finished when it reached a hundred percent and my home screen flashed on only for my screen to turn black and the laptop became unresponsive. What should I do?

I truly appreciate you using your time to help me, I would like to clarify this though. I’m not able to tell if my laptop is on or off. Pressing the power button or any key won’t turn the screen. Nothing comes up and the light on the keys are unresponsive. Do you think this is a hardware problem?
