I had the same issue here is how I fixed it:
- Open your file explorer app
- Click the "This PC" dropdown
- Double click on "Windows (C:)" to open it
- Open the "Program Files (x86)" Folder
- Open the "McAfee Security Scan" Folder
- Right click on the file named "uninstall"
- Select "Properties" from the dropdown
- Click on the "Compatibility" tab
- Click the "Change high DPI settings" button
- Check the box next to "Override high DPI scaling behavior."
- For the dropdown saying "Scaling performed by:" select "System"
- Click ok and apply and back out of the folders app
- Finally uninstall from settings or control panel, as explained by McAfee. Then I would run MCPR.exe tool just in case.
