Help my Yandere Simulator won't launch

You are trying to run the executable file from the compacted folder, you need to extract the "latest" folder and run the executable from the new folder.

1-Right-click on the "latest (1)" folder and select "Extract All..."

2-In the window "Select a Destination and Extract files" click on "Browse..."

3-Go to the Desktop and create a new folder

4-Select the newly created folder and click on the "Select Folder" button

5-Then click on the "Extract" button and wait until finished

6-When finished, go to the desktop and open the folder that you created to extract the files

7-Now you should be able to launch the Yandere Simulator
