get help in Windows 11 not working

all i see is a white screen and I cant contact support

what do I do?

happened after a bios update

    Hi, good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

    Please try the suggested methods below.

    1. Update Get Help app

    Open Microsoft Store then Click Library

    Update Get Help or click Update all

    1. Reset Get Help app

    Press Start then search Get Help

    Right click it then select App settings

    Click Terminate > Repair > Reset

    1. Uninstall Get Help

    Press Windows key + X

    Click and Run Windows Termina (Admin)

    Copy and paste the command below then press Enter

    Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.GetHelp* -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage

    Proceed to reinstall Get Help App

    1. Go to Microsoft Store then Download again Get Help App

    or copy and paste the command below then press Enter

    Get-AppXPackage *Microsoft.GetHelp* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Restart your PC
