From the Internet information services I tried setting the support 32 bit application to TRUE, but it still doesnt install

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

It should install without any issues.

Right-click on the program’s shortcut or the .exe file.

Select Properties from the context menu.

Click on the Compatibility tab.

Check the box next to “Run this program in compatibility mode for:”

Select Windows 7 dropdown box.

Hit Apply, then run your app and see if this fixed your issues.
