how do I remove HD Audio Background Process on windows 11

There's 2 of them and I don't need them (Both of them come from a driver that I installed with Dell SupportAssist).

I don't need them because I already have this:

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Settings

    Download and runs Autoruns. Run it as administrator.

    Open the Logon Tab.

    Do you see 2 Realtek processes in the List?

    I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

    So if you right-click each process of Audio and select details, do both of them show the same path? Or is it different?

    We might be able to do something using Autoruns.
