Lorsque j'essaie d'envoyer des messages à partir de Microsoft Office Outlook, une fenêtre s'affiche qui me dit :
"Microsoft Office Outlook n'a pas pu signer ou crypter ce message car vous n'avez pas de certificat qui puisse être utilisé à partir de votre adresse de messagerie".
Quelle est la marche à suivre pour rendre ma messagerie fonctionnelle ?

    When I try to send messages from Microsoft Office Outlook, i see a window that tells me:
    "Microsoft Office Outlook could not sign or encrypt this message because you do not have a certificate that can be used from your e-mail address."
    How do I get my email up and running?

    Hello AnnieBost,

    For your issue, please go to File->Options->Trust center->Trust Center Settings…->Email Security, and ensure that the “Encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages” and “Add digital signatures to outgoing messages” is unchecked.

    By the way, if the Outlook client isn’t in the latest version, to get better experience, you may try to update it via File->Office account->Update Options->Update Now.
