Hi, Manuel I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

To remove the face recognition, you will need to reset the Windows Hello biometrics.

Note: This procedure will reset Windows Hello face recognition for every user who is registered on the computer.

Step 1: Stop the Windows Biometric service

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: services.msc and click on Ok

3-Search for "Windows Biometric Service", right-click on that and select "Stop"

Step 2: Backup the old database and delete it

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase and click on Ok

3-Copy the.DAT files into a new folder on the desktop to backup them

4-Then delete the .DAT files

Step 3: Re-start the Windows Biometric service

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: services.msc and click on Ok

3-Search for "Windows Biometric Service", right-click on that and select "Start".

4-Then you need to configure the face recognition again
