For about a year now my PC has been crashing due to "outdated drivers" on games like spider-man and red dead redemption 2. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers countless times and have updated to windows 11. I recently upgraded by GPU from a 1660 ti to 3060 in hopes of fixing the problem but it still persists. Games run at around 60 fps on high 1440p, then crash unexpectedly with a driver related error. During heavy load my system normally runs at around 75C.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3060 VENTUS 2x 12G OC (not overclocked)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance (4x4 GB)

PSU: EVGA 750 Gq, 80+ Gold 750W

MOBO: Aorus B450 AORUS ELITE

Red Dead Redemption 2 Error: err_gfx_state

Spider-Man: The driver for your graphics card is below the current game requirements. Please update your driver to the latest version recommeneded by your hardware vendor. Current GPU and graphics driver: RTX 3060, 31.0.15.3640

    Hello,

I'm Mostafa, and I'm here to assist you.

Could you please check if your PC made minidump files?

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump > Zip those files >Upload the zip file to the Cloud > Then share the link here.

If the folder is empty or the MEMORY.DMP is not available; kindly share the Event viewer logs:

    Thank you.

Check for Windows updates. Settings(Win+I) > Windows update > Check for Windows update.

After installing the pending updates and restarting the computer, return to the exact Windows Update screen, click Advanced Options > Optional Updates, apply the optional updates, and restart the PC.

    Disable GPU Acceleration.

Perform a Clean Boot: A clean boot can help identify if any third-party software is causing the issue.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

If the issue persists, check your memory.

    1. Click the Start button, type memory and click Run as administrator to start Windows Memory Diagnostic with full privileges.
    2. Now, click on the first option. Restart now and check for problems.
    3. After the restart, the system will run a diagnostic on your RAM modules and find any possible problems. Unfortunately, you must replace the damaged module(s) if it does.

Please let me know the result. Thank you.
