Wireless Beats headphones not recognized as audio output

My Beats Studio 3 headphones can connect via bluetooth to my Windows 11 laptop (HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ew0xxx), but I cannot select them as an audio output. These headphones work perfectly fine on other devices, and my computer can connect to and play audio from other bluetooth headphones. I have tried updating my audio driver, uninstalling and reinstalling my audio driver, and rebooting my system. Further, I have already tried factory resetting my headphones and disconnecting and reconnecting them from my laptop. None of these solutions have worked. My headphones have worked in the past on this laptop specifically. I only started to run into the problem yesterday. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)

    Hi,

I've been having the same issue for the last few days. And I figured it out.

Go to setting, on the left panel, click as followed, system>sound>more sound settings. a small pop up box will show up with options to enable or disable Bluetooth devices. My was disable for some reason. just enable it. and hopefully it should work, if we both faced the same issue. Screenshot is attached.

    Hi Javier

This is what it looks like on my end. When I press the button to "Connect", nothing happens. However, my headphones are connected via bluetooth to my laptop at the time of this screenshot.

    Hi Sean

Try going to services.msc and set the Bluetooth Support Service to automatic and make a reset.

Javier, thank you for your reply. This is a screenshot of what I can see. My headphones are connected via bluetooth to my computer at the time of the screenshot, but they are not an option for output. (By the way I have tried clicking "Add device" and connecting them as an output device that way).
