프로그램 설치 오류 문의

얼마 전부터 프로그램 설치 시 액세스 오류가 생겨 문의드립니다.

프로그램 설치 시 첨부된 이미지와 같이 나타나며 [다시시도]를 해도 설치가 진행이 되지 않습니다.

해당 내용 해결방법이 있을까요?

    설치 프로그램을 관리자 권한으로 실행할 수 있습니까?
    > 설치 프로그램을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 관리자 권한으로 실행을 클릭합니다>.

    그래도 문제가 해결되지 않으면 기본 제공 관리자 계정을 활성화해 보세요.
    > [Windows] + [R]을 누르세요.
    > "cmd"를 입력하고 [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Enter]를 누릅니다.
    > "net user administrator /active:yes"를 입력합니다.
    > 프로그램을 다시 설치해 보십시오.

    > 비활성화: "net user administrator /active:no".
