Good morning,

I have a Nokia Lumia 640 LTE and i want to upgrade with windows 10. I tried and manage to have now a version 15063.1868 of windows 10 but the system inform me that it needs at least a 16299.0 version and x86, i have (arm). I communicate with Microsoft in Greece and they told me that they don't know something about it to help me. I paid some money for this mobile and i used it only 20 times. I can't understand why the upgrades don't happen automatically as in all phones. I can't use any app at all.

Anyway, i want a solution to the problem for which i am not responsible.

Yours sincerely

    Hi Dave,

First of all, I feel grateful for your reply. Truly it was the only precise and specific answer that I had. The point is that from now on i will never buy any Microsoft product. The firm and the officials globally are disappointing and especially in Greece.

    Thanks again for your answer.

    Hi Sergios,

I am Dave, I will help you with this, Community is just a user to user forum,

I am sorry for the bad news and I do not know why Microsoft support did not tell you this, Microsoft deprecated Windows Mobile in 2019, and at that time they advised people to move to an Android or iOS phone, it is no longer possible to perform upgrades on that phone and all the 3rd party app developers like WhatsApp removed all their mobile apps from the Microsoft Store in 2019.
