We also are experiencing the exact same issue on multiple Windows 10 machines after the recent Windows Update from June 2023. We have tried to completely remove the device, drivers, and software related to the DYMO LabelWriter 450 Turbo, going to DYMO's website, and reinstalling everything, but still are experiencing the same exact issue as the original post user, we cannot print utilizing any type of software where we were able to prior to these updates. We are at a standstill on our label printing, please assist. We cannot system restore or remove the updates, per our policy. We need to determine how to make this device work again.
Dymo 450 turbo label maker no longer works after windows 10 update 2023
After a recent update my label makers no longer print correctly. I have a Dymo 450 Turbo & IDPRT SP410. Both worked perfectly fine until the 6/13/23 update. We have reinstalled the drivers for both. The labels do not print correctly. Now our regular printer a Brother MFC-J6520DW works perfectly fine.
Thank you in advance

2023-11-06T21:52:33+00:00 I am an avid Dymo user. I love my LabelWriter 450. However, I experience this all the time. After every update, I have to uninstall the software and reinstall. It can be a hassle sometimes but it usually fixes it right up.

2023-06-17T07:47:56+00:00 Again everything worked fine prior to a recent update. Ebay is the venue through which we print the labels for shipping. There isnt any "software" per se. And we have checked there as well. no issues with it only on this computer.
Its still looking like an update needs to be uninstalled but Im not sure which one or if its safe to do so.
Thank you again

2023-06-16T20:23:16+00:00 Thank you for the reply,
I understand your concern.
bear with me please and follow the next steps
From the Start menu, choose Printers and Faxes.
Right-click the LabelWriter printer icon, and then choose Properties.
From the Properties dialog box, click Printing Preferences.
From the Preferences dialog box, click Advanced.
The Advanced dialog box appears. If no errors are displayed in the Advanced dialog box, the printer driver is installed correctly. Also, check the troubleshooting provided in this link
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix...another fix will be doing a recovery using system restore if you have a restore point, if you did create a restore point, refer to this link to recover your system

No problems were found. So we spent a great deal of time attaching both to an older Windows 7 computer. Reinstalled everything and both label makers print perfectly fine. I keep seeing on the internet issues about one the last Windows 10 updates and issues with label makers.
So were positive its a windows issue and not printer/driver problem. We have never done a restore point (I know we should have that was dumb). Both were working fine until this weeks updates rolled in. There were several this week. So were very uneasy about what/which to uninstall.
Again thank you for your help

2023-06-16T15:38:29+00:00 Hi Michael,
I'm Amr, an independent advisor.
One reason for this could be that the drivers for the label maker are not compatible with the new update. You can try uninstalling the drivers for both label makers and then reinstalling them again. Make sure you download the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website
https://www.dymo.com/support?cfid=user-guide
Download the Dymo utility.
https://www.dymo.com/online-support.htmlIf this does not work, uninstall the driver disconnect peripherals and restart and reinstall them.
If the problem persists, try to uninstall recent updates, refer to this link to guide you on how you can do so

Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.Thank you for the prompt reply. We have removed and reinstalled the drivers for both printers several times. Upon further investigation it is definitely an update glitch. The problem is the update for windows they refer to is the one from 6/13/23. Not being a computer guy Im not sure about uninstalling an update. I have one listed under my programs from 6/13/23. That is some kind of .NET update. But in the actual windows update there is no 6/13/23 update file. So Im confused as to what needs to be rolled back (uninstalled) .
Also concerned that removing any of these could possibly cause a computer crash. Thank you again in advance
