I am using Windows 10 and all of a sudden my integrated camera is upside down. There are no controls that allow me to rotate the picture. This is something NEW that just happened as I use zoom multiple times each week (8-12 times a week) and never had an issue before last week. Of course I had to use MS Teams last week for another call and after that, my video/photo is upside down.

WTH happened????

Where are the controls that allow me to rotate the screen? They were there not long ago and now they are not. Why were they removed? And how do they get put back?

    This is just unbelievable.

Windows does not have a built-in function to rotate the camera; you can try 3rd third-party or laptop OEM app.

    Manycam

The issue might be related to the app you are using. If you are using Team on the browser, please try Incognito/Private mode or another browser to see if the issue persists.

Where are the settings to rotate the pic? They were here and now they are not.

I should be able to rotate this. Did MS change something?

I do not have time to spend checking every app on my laptop to see why YOUR CAMERA APP quit working. The ONLY thing I used that was different is MS TEAMS. Did that somehow affect my camera? If so tell me now so I can figure out how to get rid of it. I DID NOT download teams to my computer.

    1. Press Windows + R to open Run, type msconfig in the text field, and click hit Enter.
    2. Go to the Services tab, tick the checkbox for Hide all Microsoft services, and then click on Disable All.
    3. Now, navigate to the Startup tab, and click on Open Task Manager.
    4. Select any apps that read Enabled under the Status column, and click Disable.
    5. Once done, head back to System Configuration, and click on Apply and OK.
    6. Click on Restart in the prompt that appears.
    7. After the PC restarts, check if the problem is fixed. If yes, one of the processes or services you disabled earlier is the underlying cause.
    8. Now, enable the services and startup apps one at a time unless the problematic one is identified, and then make sure to disable it.

If the issue persists, check the issue persists on the other apps or just happen in a specefic app.

Please let me know the result. Thank you.
