Hi, thanks for that information, in that case, let us run another troubleshooting step:

    Method 1. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Method 2. Run memory diagnostic tool: The memory diagnostic tool is a RAM test to check if there are any issues with RAM.

    • Press Windows key + R then type in mdsched.exe hit OK then restart the device.

If none will work from the above solution, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

You update drivers only from HP support using their update utility.

There was no Bios update via win update.

Win11 by default updates critical win files only. Do not use the option for Other or Optional updates

Alright so I had tried what you had told me to do but it didn’t really work, it’s running a little bit faster but it’s still giving the same issue like it’s take a long time to load or get to a application when I’m already hovering over it

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, seems that the BIOS is not compatible with the other drivers installed on your PC or in the system itself, in this case, I suggest doing a system restore wherein it will restore the PC, where it was working properly, to do that, kindly follow the steps below:

Press the Windows key + R then type in:

    rstrui

    Then hit OK.

Follow the prompts and select the time and date when the PC is working fine.

Follow the prompts again until it restores.

Note: If the issue persists, we may need to run a system repair on the PC or possibly reinstallation.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard
