Hello! My name is Mustafa, I will be assisting you today

Note: This is a user-to-user support forum and I am a fellow user who doesn't work for Microsoft.

While you do have Ryzen 7 it is an old version of Ryzen 7. You have the Gen 1 of the x series, the supported version for Windows 11 is Ryzen 7 2700x. So your version is a little outdated.

And yes there are versions of Ryzen 5 and even Ryzen 3 but they are newer versions of the processor. For example, a Ryzen 3 7335U version is stronger than your version, because as time progresses the amount of power in the lower-end CPU changes and it is not only the power, there is also power efficiency that needs to be considered, future-proofing is also an important reason because while your processor may be strong enough to support windows 11 now, it may not support the next update that requires more power and start causing issues with your device.

I hope this answers your question.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Warm Regards,

    Mustafa

The processor requirement is the most restrictive; supported processors include 8th-generation and newer Intel Core processors as well as AMD Ryzen 2000-series processors and newer. These are all chips that launched in late 2017 and early 2018. Older computers can't officially run Windows 11.
