Can't find processor power management in power options

How to fix this problem? And can I increase cpu speed with this option?

    There is only Balanced power plan

    I see from the photo that your power management option shows up in the balanced plan

    Regarding there is no high-performance plan, if you are using software to manage your battery such as Lenovo vantage or Dell power management you can activate the plan from there

    If you are not using software check this thread by our Independent Advisor DaveM121

    It may depend on the manufacturers drivers for the laptop. Have you checked their website to be sure you have the latest available?

    Post a screenshot of Task Manager with the CPU selected.

    Can you change your power plan to High performance or balanced and see if the option exists? (see the attached photo)
