I keep getting the same windows updates and I check my history and it says installed successfully, why is that? Is it installing multiple instances of the same updates? Should I be concerned?

As the question says, I keep checking windows update and finding it wanting to download and install the exact same updates again and again. Even though, when I check the update history, it says they were all successfully installed with no errors. It also takes several hours for the updates to even install. I am also having problems with the file explorer being very very slow and fan speeds ramping up for no reason. I should mention, I'm running Windows 11 Home edition on the Steam Deck after dual booting. I gave it a 650GB partition to use and as far as I can tell, Windows uses possibly around 1% of that. I have no idea what's going on with this, but it was working fine for the first 2 days of use, then all of a sudden, it just started being super slow for no reason. Thanks for reading and any help is appreciated.

    Hello Jordan,

Hope a clean Install of either Windows 11/10 works on your device. Good luck and have a great day.

    Hello Jordan,

You may try using the “Show or Hide Updates” troubleshooter to hide the windows updates. Window Update won’t install hidden drivers or updates. Run the troubleshooter then please try to hide the windows updates you are still getting that appear in the list. You can try restarting your pc if that helps.

Update: I opened services and found that the Background Intelligent Transfer Service wasn't running, so I started it. But it didn't say stopped, so maybe it never started for some reason? Windows Update service is running though. But there's a lot of other Windows services that aren't running, so is there any other ones I should start? I'm attaching a picture of the Windows services

SFC is now at 4% verification complete

So, firstly, I can't use the Windows Key since, it's a Steam Deck. So I wouldn't be able to take a screenshot, so I took a picture with my phone and attached it here.

Secondly, I've already tried some of those things before when trying to fix this whole problem. I used the Windows update troubleshooter and it didn't find anything. And I just now used DISM.exe and it said "The restore operation completed successfully. The operation completed successfully." And I am using SFC and it's taking a long time. About 10 minutes already and DISM took a long time as well. About 10-15 minutes.
