Hi all, I've solve my problem by a weird tricks. The solution is when your computer get restarted after installing windows then press the Enter button until you pass the "Just a moment" screen.

I found this solution from other youtube videos and after doing this I can pass the "Just a moment" screen in ±3 minutes.

    Hi fandipres,

Thank you for getting back to me and providing information.

I understand that can be frustrating. If you’ve already waited for several hours and the screen is still stuck on “Just a Moment,” it might be a good idea to try a clean install of Windows 10 again.

If you need more detailed instructions, ASUS has a video tutorial that shows how to create and use installation media to reinstall Windows 10 via a USB drive.

Here is the link to that: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1039507

If your laptop is currently stuck on the “Just a Moment” screen, you will need to force shut down your laptop by holding down the power button until it turns off. After that, you can follow the steps mentioned in that link to create installation media and perform a clean install of Windows 10 on your Asus laptop.

I hope this resource helps you successfully reinstall Windows 10 on your Asus laptop. If you have any more questions or need additional support, please don't hesitate to ask. Good luck!

    John J.D.

    Hi fandipres,

I am John J.D., a fellow Microsoft user like you.

The “Just a Moment” screen can sometimes get stuck during a Windows 10 update or reinstallation without an installation medium.

There are a few solutions you can try to fix this issue. One solution is to check whether your PC is still responding by checking if the machine is making any noise or if there is a flickering light.

If your computer is still responding, it’s best to wait and see if the process completes. If your computer is not responding, you may need to try a clean install of Windows 10 again.

"How to Clean Install Windows 10" https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-clean-...

The "Just a Moment" screen can sometimes take a long time to load, especially on older laptops. If you have waited for at least 2 hours and the screen is still not loading, please let me know.

Keep me posted, let's work together to resolve the issue.

    Best regards,

    John J.D.
