AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT Windowss 11 22H2

Hello,

I had an Asrock Phantom Gaming X PC with an AMD Ryzen 5950X processor running Windows 11 64 bit 22H2. After a certain time I could not start the PC, it suddenly interrupted and rebooted. After 2 months trying to fix that I then decided to buy a new PC and since the beginning it went reasonably. For some time I then got AMD video driver problems in the Event Viewer and the PC then again simply shut down and rebooted. After a lot of searching in the AMD and Microsoft communities I didn't get any further solution. Can anyone here help me, I have spent about, 6000 CHF to be able to work at home and it all does not work.

Appreciate your recommendations. Thanks. Best regards.

    Thank you Mostafa,

I now bought me a new ssd drive 2TB and had the chance to start the win11 setup, but after 1st installation (1st screen copied onto drive) and the following required reboot the system goes to the start screen Image and at that point when the sign size changes from small to medium (the rotating graph) it then sudden breaks after a few seconds and the pc reboots into the bios. So I'm not able to do any configuration changes nor read out any log files. I left the pc running for hours, it just keept booting and booting. I arraged 2 or 3 times to put it into the safe mode but it ends in the fix problems - choose and option screen, does not go to safe mode, no solution at all. In the fix problems screen I did sfc /scannow and it states to have problems fixed which should be visible in the cbs.log file. No access tot that, it still keeps rebooting. dsim.exe does not work as I do not have admin rights there, but I tried to set it up, without success.

Can you give any experienced solution advice to fix that? Just to mention, I hve an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D with integrated AMD Radeon™ Graphics, perhaps that could be a problem, but if so, I don't know how to fix that. Appreciate youre instructions.

    Best regards,

    Mathias

I now managed to download the cbs.log file which I now attach. Which I'm not able it doesen't provide the file upload (;-(

Thank you Mustafa for your kind reply,

    Just to precice:

1st I have already gone through all the suggested measures without success.

2nd I have waived the AMD driver installation due to the installation of the 2 TB WD Ssd to get the same effects.

I now have an 2TB ssd drive which is not accessible because windows crashes as soon as i Logôn within seconds, any idea pn how to fix that? (all actual new AMD drivers also windows drivers, all actual)

I'm actually doing a system restore for each drifer/software I'm installing, never had to do so in the past.

Please, can you advice how to recover the 2TB ssd which I first installed and at some point it didn't work anymore.

Sorry, I'm working for a larger Swiss bank in the it doing engineering, but this is just anoying. Don't wnat to bother you, I want to use my desktop to do my private working like online bankeing, loudspeaker development, music and so on, I don't want to deploy any OS.

I askt you to kindly help on that, I want to activate dthe 2TB ssd to work in an normal way.

Please get to me and explain.

    Appreciate your engagement.

    Best regards,

    Thank you for the reply.

Please update BIOS and chipset by visiting your computer manufacturer's website.

Clean uninstall the currently installed AMD driver using AMD Cleanup Utility(https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601), then download and install the different driver version for GPU from the AMD support website.

    Run SFC

    1. Open the Start menu and search for "Command Prompt" or "CMD."Right-click on it and select "Run as admin.
    2. Type each command below and wait until the scan is completed.

    SFC /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

If the issue persists, follow these steps to prompt Windows to display any problematic drivers. First, enable Driver Verifier, allow your PC to crash three times, disable Driver Verifier, and then upload any newly generated minidump files.

Before initiating Driver Verifier, creating a new System Restore Point is advisable to ensure a safe recovery option is available.

    Hello,

I'm Mostafa, and I'm here to assist you.

Could you please check if your PC made minidump files?

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump > Zip those files >Upload the zip file to the Cloud > Then share the link here.

If the folder is empty or the MEMORY.DMP is not available; kindly share the Event viewer logs:

    Thank you.
