Try these methods
- Uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver
Press Windows Key + X
Select Device Manager from the list.
When Device Manager opens, find your mouse, right-click it, and press Uninstall.
Windows will ask you to confirm that you wish to uninstall the driver.
Click on Uninstall.
After confirming and uninstalling your mouse driver, restart your computer.
- Update drivers automatically
Run hardware and Device troubleshooter
Press Windows Key + S, enter troubleshoot and choose Troubleshoot from the menu.
Select Hardware and devices from the list and click Run the troubleshooter button.
Follow the instructions to complete the troubleshooting.
