Kindly follow the steps below:
Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/.
Go to your profile info by clicking on your name at the top-left (next to your profile picture).
Scroll down and find "Account info".
Click on edit account info.
There you can update your phone number and email address.

This DOES NOT WORK.
It will not allow me to update any information here without sending a confirmation text to a number I no longer have access to, and it will not give me any other confirmation options, eg. email.
