Hi , 12345sdfgsddd.
It depends on the games you're trying to play. Is it linked to the gamepass?

I have reinstalled Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool with the option to Keep My Files, this has resolved one of the errors however I still cannot launch any games via the Xbox App.
The File System Error with the GameLaunchHelper.exe is no longer showing, now every game has the same error when trying to launch: Sea of Thieves is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001Golf With Your Friends is currently not available in your account. When I sign into MS Store, I see two options to sign in with the same email address, not sure if this may be related but I am definitely signed in when trying to launch the games via the Xbox App.

Hi Ivan,
Unfortunately not, I get the exact same error pop up when launching from the store or the Xbox App:
I tried deleting the WindowsApps & Xbox folders & have reinstalled the Xbox App and Windows Store again but still no luck, Xbox Support are adamant this is either a Windows or Microsoft Account issue. They have also remotely connected to my PC check that all the Xbox Services are running correctly too.
I case this is related I changed the primary email address on my account not long before these issues started but this shouldn't normally cause a problem.
Thanks,
Glen

Thanks
Thanks but I have tried all the steps provided and I'm still getting the same error when launching any games via the Xbox App on Windows 10, is there anything else we can try?
Hi , 12345sdfgsddd.
I am Ivan, I will help you with this.
If you had games installed through the xbox app, I recommend uninstalling all games them before proceeding.
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
and
Get-AppxPackage gamingservices -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
Then restart your computer and follow the procedure below:
Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Once the scan is complete, type the command below in the command prompt and press Enter.
sfc / scannow
After the scan is complete, restart your computer to determine the problem.
Install the xbox app from the link below and download one of the games from the microsoft store.
