Virtual RAM is basically space on your hard drive that Windows can use as extra RAM, but drive access to data so much slower than RAM access to data.

After that, when I click on no and set the initial size to 300 and set also maximum size to 300. Is it good? what's it benefits?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
There are no benefits to be had from setting a manual size for Virtual Memory, it is always best to set that so Windows manually allocates the space on your drive, that space will grow and shrink depending on what you are doing on your PC and if Windows requires more or less virtual memory, setting a manual page file size can cause many problems an if it is set incorrectly, your PC may not be able to boot up.
