    H Enrique_hyd,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That registry key contains the entries for the uninstallers for software installed on your PC

    DXMRuntime - DirectX Media Runtime

    DirectDrawEx - Direct Draw Runntime

MPlayer2 is a hot fix from the pre-installed Windows Media player

The only one that may be dangerous is MobileOptionPack it does seem to be related to a trojan

Have you performed a full scan of your PC with Defender or your preferred anti-virus?
