My keyboard isn't typing specific keys. like the Letter w, or the number 2, or volume keys.

Those do not work**, i tried everything, updating the driver, restarting the laptop** (yes im using a laptop)
Yet they don't work.

There are rare occurrences they do work, but for now they don't.
I'd appreciate for the help.

I am here to follow up with you on the status of your problem. What is the result of your following the previous methods?

Did testing the keyboard through the link show that all the buttons are working properly?

I asked to know if the buttons worked during the test or not

In the search bar type OSK, and open the On-screen Keyboard, try to test the buttons from the On-screen Keyboard using the keyboard and the mouse if the buttons work using the mouse there is no issue with the drivers, it's probably a hardware issue
