I don't know if it's just me, but it looks as if the actual keys are actually the wrong way around. They should be the other way around, right?
Left ALT key and windows keys swapped - no FN key on my keyboard
I'm running Windows 10.
Left ALT and left Windows keys are swapped and I can't figure out how to swap them back. I do not have the Fn key on my keyboard. I have a Microsoft brand keyboard. (Wired Keyboard 600).
I have tried unplugging the keyboard and holding both Backspace+space and space+N but neither have worked.

Try each of the following keyboard shortcuts one at a time to see if that switches those keys back:
Esc + A
Esc + S
Esc + Spacebar for 3 seconds
Tap the Windows key twice
If none of those work for you:
Open Device Manager
Expand the Keyboards section
Right click your keyboard and choose 'Uninstall'
Then restart (not shut down) your PC

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
On your keyboard, two keys to the right of the spacebar, is there not a blue Fn Key, please provide a photo of your physical keyboard.
