i had this error while installing a windows 11 update Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028254)

    Error code 0x80188309 means E_REGISTRY_COLLISION - Two or more packages have registry settings that conflict.

    Please run the offline installer (.msu)

    2023-07 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028254) windows11.0-kb5028254-x64_d39314973f404fca4cc205e6c2fc848fea4c25ed.msu

    If that fails, upload and share your CBS logs on OneDrive.
