replacing xinput

so i have three xbox controllers 2 new ones and one old the two new one use xinput drivers while the old one uses hid compliant game controller which lets it work for the game i need it for but i wanna use my new controllers for this game and xinput is making problems whenever i use the new ones in this game while my old controller doesn't have these problem so i wanted to know if there was a way to remove xinput for these new controllers and install HID compliant game controller driver instead without disabling driver updates

    Hi! Good day , Jerry here, an independent advisor. Here to help you.

    Unfortunately, XInput ONLY supports the Xbox controllers (Xbox 360 and probably Xbox One as well). That being said it cannot be removed. What you could try is to use 3rd party application such as x360ce to re mapped the controller then thru this application you should be able to use your new controller on those games that you want to play.

    Again please note that x360ce is a 3RD PARTY application. Also if you would need some guide on how to set it up you could search it on youtube there are a lot of tutorials about this application.
