Hello,
At least we can rule out Adobe as the source of the problem. I tried chatting on the free Copilot app. This is what it told me to do. But I'm could not find the "Vulkan" app on the list to uninstall. Here is the reply below from the Copilot preview free trial.
Certainly! To uninstall Vulkan Run Time Libraries, follow these steps:
- Press Windows Key + R to open a Run window.
- In the run box, type
appwiz.cpl and then hit OK.
- In the list that appears, find Vulkan Run Time Libraries.
- Right-click on it and select Uninstall/Change.
- Follow the steps to finish the uninstallation process.
Remember that Vulkan Run Time Libraries is a graphical render engine that is normally installed on your system when you install or upgrade your video card device driver. If your video card supports Vulkan, it’s recommended to keep it installed. If you have an Nvidia graphics card that supports Vulkan, you can download it from here. If you have a different video card, let me know the make and exact model, and I’ll provide further guidance.
Feel free to ask if you need any more assistance! 😊
So I got no where with that options. Any other ideas out there?
Thanks,
Delores
