Hi,

I got the dell and ryzen 5 laptop with windows 11.

After the last windows update which was normal my network adapter is connect for sometimes after restart and then disconnects and shows no network found.

When I got to help and restart the network adapter.. It connects again and I can see other wifi network as well.. And the cycle repeats.

Tried almost everything and finally I found this events manager that it shows error like problem starting.. Oem14.inf.. Source kernel-PnP

Any help please

    Hello Kb99m,

Thank you for updating me with that information. Please try this if it helps.

    Open Device Manager

    Expand Network adapters

Right click on the Wireless driver then select Properties

    Click Power Management tab,

Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

Restart your computer using Clean Boot of Windows

    **Perform a Clean Boot

Determine whether a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: msconfig

    Press Enter

Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.

Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"

    Click Disable all.

Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.

Please check the support article at the link below for more details.

After that, perform a Network Reset then check if the issue persists.

It was working fine a month or 2 back.

Yes tried all the methods on that page. Network reset adapter reset and all connects the WiFi and then it stops after few mins.

It is dell and I tried new driver update from their site which is not updating the version as shown on the driver page..

    Here is the details
