Cannot install Winaero tweaker 1.53.0.0

I am trying to install Winaero Tweaker version 1.53.0.0 and I keep getting a message - windows defender smart screen is blocking it. I have turned all firewall settings off so I am not sure why it won't let me.

Please tell me how I can istall this software. Thanks!

    You should use this 3rd-party software at your own risk. It will be better if you create a System Restore point before using such kind of applications.

    After installing the tool, reverse changes

    Did you try the other methods as well? in the article it is explained how to disable windows defender using three methods

    Did you try all of them?

    Could not follow the video since I do not have the same settings as described in #3 through #4
